Credits & Billing
ConvoVerse runs on ConvoCredits. You spend credits when you generate AI responses, and you always see the estimated cost of a message before you send it - no surprises, no hidden fees.
Two kinds of credits
Subscription credits
Included with a monthly plan. They refresh at the start of each billing cycle and are the cheapest way to use ConvoVerse.
Spent first · expire at renewal
Top-up credits
One-time packs you can buy any time - great for occasional use or topping up beyond your plan's monthly allowance.
Spent after plan credits · never expire
Your plan credits are always used first. Top-up credits are only drawn once your monthly allowance is used up, so nothing with an expiry date sits unused while you spend credits that never expire.
We don't profit from your plan usageAt cost
On a paid subscription, the credits included with your plan are billed at our cost for AI usage. We take no profit margin on what you spend from your plan - the rate covers only the third-party payment-processing and currency-conversion costs we actually pay.
- Your subscription fee is what keeps the platform running - not a markup on every message.
- Top-up credits, and any usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance, are billed at our standard rate.
- You can see the cost of every message before and after you send it, so the rate is verifiable.
What a message costs
The credit cost of a message depends on three things:
- The model you pick - more capable models cost more per message.
- The response tier - Quick is cheapest; Balanced and Deep do more work and use more credits.
- Built-in tools - web search, knowledge base, or code execution can add a small cost when used.
An estimate is shown before you send, and the exact amount charged is shown when the response finishes.
Taxes, currency & receipts
- All prices are shown and charged in Euro (EUR). Non-EUR cards may incur a foreign-transaction fee from your bank, which we don't control.
- VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A receipt is available for every purchase.
Managing your plan & refunds
You can change or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal - cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund and right-of-withdrawal terms are set out in our User Agreement.
