User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service is conditioned on acceptance of this Agreement and referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Content Policy). If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter this Agreement. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access promptly
• We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse or policy violations

4. License & Permitted Use

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or automated extraction beyond documented APIs
• No reverse engineering except where legally permitted
• No circumvention of security or access controls

5. User Content & License Grant

You retain rights to content you submit. By submitting you grant ConvoVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, adapt, and distribute your content for operation and promotion of the Service.

You represent you have necessary rights & permissions for submitted content.

6. Prohibited Use

• Policy violations or unlawful activity
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
• Malicious code, exploits, or security circumvention
• Automated spam or manipulation of ratings/reputation

7. Intellectual Property

Platform code, design, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Credits & Billing

• The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and consumed when generating AI responses.
• Credit costs vary by response tier (Quick, Balanced, Deep) and by AI model selected. Estimated costs are shown before submission.
• Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
• Pricing may change with notice. Any credits purchased before a price change remain at their original value.

9. AI Services & Tools

• The Service provides access to multiple AI models from various providers. Model availability and capabilities may change without notice.
• Response tiers (Quick, Balanced, Deep) determine the depth of AI processing applied. Higher tiers consume more credits.
• Built-in tools (web search, knowledge base, code execution, and others) may be used during conversations. Some tools incur additional credit costs.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) to generate responses. Your conversation content is sent to these providers to process your requests. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern their handling of that data. We also use Stripe for payment processing.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, abuse, or risk to the platform. You may cease use at any time; some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE OR MISLEADING—USE JUDGMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOVERSE AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ConvoVerse against claims arising from your content, use of the Service, or violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

15. Changes to Agreement

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
